REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
- prior to July 16, 2022: full refund less ₪220 handling fee
- from July 17 until August 15, 2022: 50% refund
- from August 16, 2022: no refund

Check-in: 15:00 (Sunday-Friday, and later on a Saturday, as rooms become available)

The above prices to be understood as per night and for the dates of the Conference (September 12-16, 2022).
The daily rates include Bed & Breakfast and Dinner.
*No shared accommodation will be arranged for participants not taking the full 4 nights.
PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation booking is completed through the online reservation form.
Full payment is to be made at time of reservation.
Note that once shared rooms have been pre-booked, changes may not be confirmed if we have already assigned a room-mate. Changes will therefore only be made/confirmed on a case by case basis according to availability.
With regard to all participants – the hotel has the right to refuse reduction in room nights once pre-booked and participant will be liable for full payment as per booking form and confirmation.
Payment for accommodation may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or invoice to your institution (following receipt of purchase order/"hazmanat avoda").
If Target Conferences does not receive the purchase order prior to the event, participant must pay on-site and obtain reimbursement from his/her institution following the event.
